1. About Stagr

Stagr is a personal brand booking platform operated by TeamThink Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Devv Technology. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Stagr to impersonate others, post false information, or engage in any activity that violates South African law. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your profile content. By publishing a profile on Stagr, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans (Headliner at R99/month, Agency at R249/month) are billed monthly via Paystack. Trials are available as stated on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of payment.

6. No Commission

Stagr charges no commission on bookings made through the platform. Payments between you and your clients are handled directly between the parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stagr provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of bookings arranged through the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes.
