1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating your Stagr profile: your name, email address, professional details, and any content you upload. When clients submit booking requests, we collect their name, phone number, and event details on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your profile information is used to display your public booking page. Client booking request data is shared only with you — the professional they are contacting. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Your profile and all associated data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your profile is immediately unpublished and all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Booking records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by South African tax law.

4. Cookies

Stagr uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with advertising networks.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Your account is protected by Supabase Auth with email verification required.

6. Your Rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at legal@devv.co.za to exercise these rights.
